“Everything was nice and neat, friendly people and the breakfast at Cande one of the best perks!, The location is prime and by walking distance to everything in old downtown. The Front Desk staff (Lucia and Maria) were always welcoming and willing to assist. We stayed here 7 nights and we had no issues at all.”

“The property is aging and poorly maintained. Floors appears moldy and dark after many years of no maintenance. The bedroom is very basic, actually too much, lacks modern refresh, no luxury at all. Needs investment and for the price they charge it will be great if they look around at the competition for ideas to improve it. For the price charged and what you get it is too expensive compared to other resorts. Staff can more helpful too, needs tracing. The TVs don’t work and after asking to do……

“Last minute booked. Its almost always the worst room.when its the last one . Even though it was next to the reception desk it was quite and sound proof . Ample enough and no street noise”

Staff was as good as any Four Seasons and the concierge Emily provided the best recommendations and was a joy to work with. Breakfast was great.
